Every quarter, we select the best new releases on the German recording market for you. Our independence and expertise is guaranteed. The best productions are awarded our annual prize.
Our 32 expert juries cover the entire spectrum of genres: from symphonic music and opera to solo keyboard and spoken word, from jazz, folk and heavy metal to rock, chamber music, singer-songwriters and hip hop.
Our work is supported by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media (BKM) and the German Collecting Society for Artists and Labels (GVL).
